Your order is prepared within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Standard delivery within South Africa usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Remote-area delivery may take longer.
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Can I return my order for a refund or exchange?
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in the same condition, with original packaging, accessories and proof of purchase. After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. We do not offer direct exchanges; once a return is approved, place a separate order for the replacement.
