How do I book a repair?
Book online at oraxxi.co.za/pages/iphone-repair-booking. Most repairs are completed same day.
How much does a repair cost?
A non-refundable R200 diagnostic fee applies to all repairs. Repair costs vary depending on the fault — we'll provide a full quote after diagnosis.
What phones do you repair?
We repair all major phone brands including iPhone, Samsung, and more.
How long does delivery take?
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Once dispatched, local orders are delivered within 3–5 business days anywhere in South Africa. International orders take 7–14 business days via DHL Express.
How will I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS with a link to monitor your delivery in real time.
What if I haven't received my order?
If you haven't received tracking details within 5 business days, contact us at returns@oraxxi.co.za or call +27 84 259 1293.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies. Sale and clearance items are final.
How do I return an item?
Email returns@oraxxi.co.za with your order number, reason for return, and photos. Once approved, ship the item to 160 Main Street, Marshalltown, Johannesburg, 2094. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
My item arrived damaged or defective — what do I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@oraxxi.co.za with photos. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
