RETURN & REFUND POLICY Last updated: March 2026

1. Overview At ORAXXI, we are committed to delivering quality Apple devices and accessories. Due to the nature of our products — which include electronics, accessories, and sealed Apple items — we have a strict returns policy to protect both our customers and our business.

Return Rules Summary:

  •  Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  •  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  •  A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
  •  No final sale items — all sales on clearance/sale items are final

2. Return Eligibility Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • All original accessories, manuals, and seals are intact
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is provided

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or unsealed electronics and accessories
  • Items damaged due to misuse, water damage, or physical damage
  • Products with removed or tampered serial numbers
  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)
  • Software, digital products, or gift cards

3. Restocking Fee All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund or store credit. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.


4. Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, repair, or store credit. We do not guarantee cash refunds on defective items unless required by the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).


5. How to Initiate a Return To start a return:

  1. Email returns@oraxxi.co.za with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item
  2. Await approval — unauthorized returns will not be accepted
  3. Ship the item to: 160 Main Street, Marshalltown, Johannesburg, 2094
  4. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective

6. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed as store credit or EFT, at ORAXXI's discretion, minus the 20% restocking fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


7. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at returns@oraxxi.co.za.


8. Consumer Protection Act (CPA) Compliance This policy is subject to the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the CPA.
